Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the PokeCollectr iPhone app and the website at pokecollectr.com, operated by Mario García (Spain). By using the app you accept them.

Not affiliated with anyone. PokeCollectr is an independent app. It is not produced by, endorsed by, or associated with Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, Bandai, Disney, or any other card publisher. All card names, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the cards you own.

What you can do with the app

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use PokeCollectr on devices you own. You may use it to catalogue your own collection and consult card information.

What you can't do

Copy, scrape or resell the catalogue, the prices or the card database.
Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal app use.
Try to break, overload or work around the limits of the service.
Upload content that isn't yours, or that is illegal or offensive.

Your account and your content

You can use the app without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping access to it. Your collection, your lists and the photos you scan remain yours; you grant us only the permission needed to run the service — storing them, showing them back to you, and using scan images to measure and improve card recognition.

If you make your profile public, the information you choose to show becomes visible to anyone with the link. You control that in the app's profile settings, and you can turn it off at any time.

Subscriptions and payments

PokeCollectr is free to download and includes free daily scans.
The paid subscription unlocks unlimited scanning and additional features.
All payments are handled by Apple, through your App Store account. We never see your payment details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You cancel in your Apple ID settings — not in the app.
Refunds are granted by Apple, under their policy. We cannot issue them ourselves, but we can help you find the right form.
If a refund is issued, access to paid features ends immediately.

Card prices and card data

Prices shown in the app are estimates gathered from public market sources. They move constantly, they can be wrong, and they are not an appraisal, an offer, or investment advice. Card identification is automatic and can also get it wrong. Check anything that matters before you buy, sell or insure a card.

Availability

We try to keep the service running, but we don't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Features may change, and free limits may be adjusted as the app evolves.

Ending it

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms — for example, scraping the catalogue or abusing the service — and we will tell you why when we can.

Third-party services

PokeCollectr relies on services we don't control — Apple for payments, RevenueCat for subscription status, Cloudflare for delivery. We are not responsible for their availability or their own terms. The same goes for any external link in the app or on this site: following it is your call, and what happens there is between you and them.

If you cause us harm

If your use of the app breaks these terms or the law — for example, uploading content that isn't yours — and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of dealing with it. This doesn't apply to anything caused by us.

Age

You need to be at least 14 years old to use PokeCollectr, which is the minimum age for digital consent under Spanish law. If you are under 18, use it with the permission of a parent or guardian — especially before subscribing.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, PokeCollectr is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions taken on the basis of prices or identifications shown in the app. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country, including in the European Union.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and significant changes are announced inside the app.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without affecting the consumer protections of your own country of residence. Questions: support@pokecollectr.com.
